Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free insured priority shipping on all orders. Delivery times are estimated between 10-18 business days from the date of dispatch.

For some countries, we also offer an Express Insured Shipping option at an additional cost. Delivery times for Express Insured Shipping are estimated between 7-12 business days from the date of dispatch. The additional cost depends on the size of the package and will be calculated at checkout.

Some remote locations may take up to 20-25 business days for delivery depending on the availability of logistics.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through our carrier’s website.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@toyfiction.com. We will investigate the issue and work towards a satisfactory resolution.
